This was an interesting project. I found the most difficult type portrait for me to tackle was the "line" portrait. The "shape" portrait had me stumped for a while, but then I started using bigger, blockier letters to create the shapes and abandoned trying to nail down every detail. By making the "shape" image a bit more interpretive, I think it came out really nice.
